COURSE DESCRIPTION
“Project scheduling” is a specialist course aimed to learn how to plan, manage and monitor projects using scheduling tools and techniques.
During the training the participants will learn how to create project schedule and set dates of project tasks. They will learn how to monitor the projects and introduce changes to reflect change to adjust to changing conditions.
The training will cover different scheduling techniques, such as PERT approach, Gantt chart, CPM/PERT network methods of project planning, analysis estimates, etc. The learners will know what advantages and disadvantages are of all those techniques and which techniques should be chosen for a specific project.
All participants will gain practical knowledge and skills to create project schedule and successfully manage them during all project lifecycle. They will be able to identify problems and issues that may appear during a project and implement the right activities to achieve project goals in scheduled time and budget.
