RECOMMENDED TRAINING PATH

The course in Change Management™ enables understanding the “soft” issues of management of people responsible for delivering complex programmes and projects. Previous participation in the project management (PRINCE2®) and programme management (MSP®) help to feel British philosophy of business-controlled environments, but even without this knowledge will be useful and allow for better understanding human and team relations in the processes of change. Complementary trainings in risk management (M_o_R®), portfolio management (MoP®), and value management (MoV®) follow the same philosophy and apply unified glossaries.
