COURSE DESCRIPTION

The training is carried out in the form of alternating mini-lectures and practical exercises. It combines professional substantive knowledge with practical examples of its use in the work environment. After completing the training, the participant will have knowledge about the Scrum method, including roles in the process, artifacts and the development process itself, not only the software. He will acquire the ability to work with a development team in Scrum as a person responsible for the product, i.e. Product Owner. The training participant will know how to work with the Product Backlog. Knowledge will be provided in the field of product release planning, strategies to increase product value, using estimates provided by the team, effective collection and management of requirements, and monitoring work progress.
