COURSE DESCRIPTION
SCRUM Master training is an original course preparing for the Professional Scrum Master (PSMI) exam. Scrum Master training teaches an approach that provides high management flexibility while maintaining Scrum concepts, techniques and tools. The service prepares you to improve communication, cooperation, and team management as part of Scrum Team support. The aim of the training is efficient communication, team and project management based on the practices provided for in SCRUM.
After completing the training, the participant will acquire knowledge about Agile, which is an introduction to being able to develop in a specific methodology. After the training, the participant will know how Scrum works, what roles they take part in the process and what they are responsible for, and what artifacts and events are in Scrum.
The training participant will understand in-depth what the work of a Scrum Master involves, what he is responsible for and how he contributes to the final result. Participants will have basic knowledge about coaching, facilitation in Scrum, what and how the group process takes place.

The Professional Scrum Master I exam is taken in English, so knowledge of English at least at B1 level is required.
