COURSE DESCRIPTION

Agile Project Management is a methodology valued around the world that presents agile project management in a clear and accurate way. The foundation on which AgilePM® was created is the DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method) methodology, which has nearly 20 years of experience in agile project management. The accrediting institution is APMG International.

AgilePM® is an approach that provides high management flexibility while maintaining a project concept that requires standards, governance and management transparency.

This methodology can be used in projects of various types and sizes (not only in the IT environment, but also in large corporations and even offices), and can also complement classically managed projects.

The AgilePM® Practitioner training is aimed at synthesising theoretical knowledge and practical application of the Agile methodology at an advanced level. The training takes the form of an intensive, practical training based on an example scenario of a real project. The training thus prepares you for the AgilePM® Practitioner exam. The trainer provides participants with tips and comments necessary to pass the exam. The training ends with a certification exam. If a positive result is obtained, the participant receives the international AgilePM® Practitioner certificate.

COURSE AGENDA

The training is conducted in the form of an introductory lecture and exercises. Contains the following items:

• introduction to the course
• nature of the Practitioner exam – description, tips and techniques for passing the exam
• review of materials supporting passing the exam (formally approved)
• sample Practitioner 1 test
  • exam scenario and questions
  • explanations of individual answers
• Practitioner 2 sample test
  • exam scenario and questions
  • explanations of individual answers
• reminder of the rules for taking the Practitioner exam
• administration issues related to the Practitioner exam
• AgilePM Practitioner exam

EXAM

• test exam, consists of 4 areas of questions related to the scenario,
• maximum number of points: 80
• to pass the exam, you must obtain at least 50% (at least 40 points)
• the exam lasts 150 minutes
• Polish or English language
• only the official “AgilePM® Agile Project Management Handbook v2” manual can be used during the exam
• the AgilePM® Practitioner certificate is valid for 5 years.
