COURSE DESCRIPTION

Agile Project Management® is a method valued around the world, which is a clear and distinctive way of presenting agile project management. The foundation on which AgilePM® was created is the DSDM® method (Dynamic Systems Development Method), created by nearly 20 years of experience in agile project management. The accrediting body is APMG International. During the training, participants will learn the philosophy, principles, roles, processes, products and practices of the AgilePM® method.

AgilePM® is an approach that provides high management flexibility while maintaining a project concept that requires standards, governance and management transparency. This methodology can be used in projects of various types and sizes (not only in the IT environment, but also in large corporations and even offices), and can also complement classically managed projects.

The two-day training lasts 24 hours (9:00-17:00). Exam to choose from: paper version (at the end of the training) or online within 7 days from the last day of the training.

EXAM

• single-choice test questions
• 50 questions
• 50% of correct answers are required to obtain a positive exam result
• exam duration: 40/50 minutes (40 minutes for people taking the exam in their native language, 50 minutes for people taking the exam in their second language)
• no materials may be used during the exam
• a participant who has obtained the required number of points receives an international certificate in electronic form
• the AgilePM® Foundation certificate is valid indefinitely.
