COURSE DESCRIPTION
The recognized British agile project management methodology, AgilePM® (DSDM), describes the role of a Business Analyst, which is key to understanding the needs of the organization and its requirements for the product being created.
AgileBA® is a collection of good practices, tools and techniques useful for analysts in agile projects. In the AgilePM approach, the role of a Business Analyst is extremely important and during the training we discuss and practice techniques useful at work throughout the entire project life cycle, from the strategic analysis of the organization to testing the final product.

The three-day training lasts 24 hours (8:00-16:00). Exam to choose from: paper version (at the end of the training) or online within 7 days from the last day of the training.
EXAM
- single-choice test questions
- 50 questions;
- 50% of correct answers are required to obtain a positive exam result;
- exam duration: 40/50 minutes (40 minutes for people taking the exam in their native language, 50 minutes for people taking the exam in their second language);
- close book exam
- a participant who has obtained the required number of points receives an international certificate in electronic form;
- the AgileBA® Foundation certificate is valid indefinitely.
