COURSE DESCRIPTION

We invite you to one integrated training, which actually includes two training courses and gives you the opportunity to obtain two international certificates in project management and agile business analysis at once. The training is double accredited by the APM GROUP Examination Institute.

This original training, popularly called AgilePMBA, conducted by our author, is based on the observation that the success of the project depends on the skilful combination of these two areas of best practices and sources of various skills. The roles of the Project Manager and the Business Analyst should support each other, and this requires understanding common areas.

AgilePM® – is true Agile showing how to build governance at the Project Level, which provides overall direction and requirements, and at the Solution Development Team layer, where, with the cooperation of business and technical roles, general requirements are broken down into details and delivered using agile practices.

AgileBA® – is a collection of best business analysis practices for projects conducted in an agile style. Explains the responsibilities of a Business Analyst in various phases of the project life cycle (from the very beginning to the Post Project phase), emphasizing the use of rich communication techniques such as modelling (including prototyping), facilitated workshops and iterative demonstrations of the evolving solution. Not all knowledge about the needs that should be obtained from the user is “explicit”, where a conversation and taking notes is enough. There are areas of “tacit” and “semi-tacit” needs that can only be reached early with the help of rich communication methods.

The “New Order” project scenario, which is the basis of the exercises, takes us to the planet Agileon, where a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, the Agile Knights defeated the Waterfall Empire, but fell into inaction and their iterative swords discharged without contact with the Force. Space traffic regulations are widely violated around the planet and numerous accidents occur. The Galactic Union, of which Agileon is a member, calls for the restoration of the rule of law in space traffic, and that is exactly what the New Order project aims to do.
