COURSE DESCRIPTION
The aim of the course is to learn and understand Change ManagementTM approach at the advanced level. The training takes form of practitioner exercises giving preparation to the Change ManagementTM Practitioner. During the training the activities are focused on two sample exams scenarios. The trainer provides guidance and comments needed to succeed during the exam. The training is finalized by the certifying exam. Successful candidates receive Change ManagementTM Practitioner.
If changes are just a certainty, no one should be astonished. However, it is surprising how often we are not prepared for them. In reality many organizations do not inform their employees about imminent changes.
Teams without a clear vision desire only to survive and managers without the right skills flee from management of conflicts on the stressed ground. “Making sense of change management” manual of Cameron and Green is a canvas for our training that brings four aspects of the subject: individual change, team change, organizational change and change leadership.

RECOMMENDED TRAINING PATH
The course in Change Management™ enables understanding the “soft” issues of management of people responsible for delivering complex programmes and projects. Previous participation in the project management (PRINCE2®) and programme management (MSP®) help to feel British philosophy of business-controlled environments, but even without this knowledge will be useful and allow for better understanding human and team relations in the processes of change. Complementary trainings in risk management (M_o_R®), portfolio management (MoP®), and value management (MoV®) follow the same philosophy and apply unified glossaries.
